With popularity comes the challenge of long wait times, especially during peak hours on weekends. Many diners recommend making a reservation to avoid disappointment. While the food is consistently praised, some guests note that the staff could be more personable, feeling a bit less chatty and engaging than expected. The occasional issue regarding service charges has also drawn complaints, leading diners to wish for clearer communication when bills arrive. Additionally, even though street parking is available, some visitors find the limited hours inconvenient, especially during busy times. These minor inconveniences are often overshadowed by the delicious offerings, but they can affect the overall experience if not prepared for.

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years now. I don’t understand why their rating isn’t higher. The food always comes quickly and is tasty. Maybe the staff are not as chatty in other restaurants but they are very efficient.
Saves a trip upto town for Dim Sum. Food tasted good, portions large enough for our table of 5 people and I think the service here is very welcoming. Plenty of parking and you can also shop for chinese groceries post lunch. I think the place can get busy on weekends but we came on a weekday lunchtime and it was busy but not overly crowded, I am sure this can make a difference to the overall experience.
